It was such a pleasure to have Karinne as our guest speaker at Canary Wharf Female Entrepreneurs Event.
Karinne brought a perspective that felt both refreshing and deeply needed! In a space where so many of us are used to pushing, doing, and constantly striving for more, she gently challenged that rhythm, reminding us of the power in slowing down, listening, and allowing.
What made her talk stand out was not just what she shared, but how she shared it. She told her story with such honest, hilarious, relatable humour, there were so many moments where the room was in stitches, and just as many where you could feel everyone thinking, that’s me, I’ve felt that. It created such a genuine connection across the room!
Her journey of balancing the masculine and feminine in business didn’t feel abstract or out of reach, it felt real, lived, and accessible!
You could see the room soften as she spoke, there was a sense of permission being given, to trust ourselves more, to step out of constant action, and to recognise that being is not a weakness, but a strength.
As a community, we’re always looking to bring in voices that expand how our members think, lead, and grow their businesses, and Karinne did exactly that. She created space for reflection, deeper connection, and a different kind of conversation around success.
